Cox Communications is experiencing a global outage keeping customers from accessing their email.
Officials did not say when the problem first began, but that it was not specific to the Roanoke region, and that it was a "global" outage.
We are told that no personal, or secure informaton is believed to be compromised.?
A prompt on the company's answering system says they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it.
